The original Carolina Mills Cookbook was published in August of 1978, and after many years of overwhelming popularity, was reprinted in March of 1983. Since that time the recipes have been shared and passed down through generations of “cooks” – to family, friends, coworkers and neighbors.
After many years of requests, this new 2005 Carolina Mills Cookbook was developed. The book is filled with recipes from employees and retirees of Carolina Mills.
